The 2020 Semillon was produced with grapes from a vineyard at 1,100 meters in altitude and fermented mostly in stainless steel but with 15% of the volume in new barriques. So, the wine has a combination of fruit and spicy aromas. It's medium-bodied and has retained 13.3% alcohol from a warm and dry harvest, and it's nicely textured, as the grape is more about mouthfeel than aromas.
