A semi-soft cow’s milk cheese made in the French Alps region of Savoie, Tomme de Savoie is a semi-soft, pressed cheese with a pliable, firm texture and grassy, nutty flavor. Aged two to four months, it is made from the skimmed milk left over from butter making.
