On the nose is blueberry intermingled with fresh summer berry and sweet vanillin oak. The palate is soft, velvety, rich clean structure, balanced fruit, persistent length.
Inky magenta. Oak-spiced, vaguely jammy dark berry qualities on the nose, along with hints of vanilla and cola. Fleshy and broad on the palate, offering appealingly sweet cherry and blackberry aromas and a spicy touch of cracked pepper. The vanilla and spice notes recur on a persistent finish framed by smooth, even tannins.
