Jean-Michel Guillon Description
The Guillon family uses only 100% new barrels on each wine they produce but the interesting part is that it integrates very well and does not give any problems but increases its complexity, normally the refinement lasts 15/18 months. The company follows the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification obtained in 2015 which demonstrates the seriousness of respect for the soil and the environment and which stimulates the improvement of the wine-growing environment in which we work every year. The wine offers hints of dark fruit and vegetables and obviously minerals, in the mouth it has material and a nice acidity to support it.
