It’s silky and pliant upon entry, yet it quickly gains energetic thrust through a mix of zesty acids and salty minerals. The palate literally buzzes with residual tension, as a tart note of Granny Smith apple completes the expression perfectly. This is simply stunning today, and it’s worth cellaring over the medium term as well.
