2011 Red Blend Wine

Apothic Red is bold and enchanting, as it captures the dark fruit characteristics of Syrah and Zinfandel. These jammy flavors blend well with the elegant blackberry and black cherry characteristics of the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is further enhanced by undertones of mocha and vanilla.

Ripe nose of nose cassis liqueur and fig, with an unusual aroma of pine resin floating in the background. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with notes of ripe plum, and redcurrant; finishes with soft tannins.

Cherry-red colour with violete rim, and good depth. The nose is extraordinairily aromatic and intense, protagonised by ripe black fruits, mulberry and blueberry, mixed with dairy aromas like strawberry yoghurt. The subtle hint of oak manifests as cacoa with touches of vanilla. On the palete it show well-structured tannins and balanced acidity. With a long and warm finish.
