This 100% Sauvignon Blanc was made from grapes that were certified organic and Biodynamic\u00ae at our cool American Canyon and Carneros vineyards, not far from the San Francisco Bay. The cool growing season produced crisp, yet rich, flavors of lychee, jalapeno and white pepper that are perfect with a wide range of food, including green salad topped by Ch\u00e8vre cheese, grilled seafood and spicy Mexican or Asian cuisine.
Following three critically acclaimed vintages of HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, we are delighted to release the 2009 Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This vintage is brimming with aromas of cassis and blackberry pie and expresses aromas of black fruit, white chocolate and toasted almonds. Round and soft on the palate, opulent flavors of dark bing cherry, jam, and caramel lead to a velvety finish. Expect this wine to age gracefully over the next 10+ years.
The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc caresses the palate with melon, juicy peaches and flowers along with plenty of green, grassy varietal notes. This soft Sauvignon is best enjoyed over the next year or two. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2013.
An elegant, complex wine, with hints of grapefruit, lemon zest, and appealing floral notes. The rid mid-palate is accented by toasty oak, and followed by a long, crisp, mineral finish.
"The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, rich wine bursting with dark fruit. This is a fairly immediate style, some serious tannins notwithstanding. Smoke, tobacco and licorice develop in the glass, adding complexity and nuance. The powerful, fruit-driven finish is totally rewarding, but this will be even better in a few years' time."
When served at cellar temperature (55 degrees Fahrenheit), you will find our Chardonnay shows the best layering of Gravenstein apple aromas with vanilla, butterscotch and spicy toast notes. Lush, juicy flavors of honeyed apricots are balanced by Meyer lemon zest character. The creamy texture and toasty oak finish will continue to lengthen as the wine relaxes in the bottle.
Colour: Dark Ruby Aroma: Intense floral notes of both Tahitian vanilla and ripe, boysenberry fruit. Taste: Wonderful vanilla, roasted nut and caramel oak flavors truly complement all the beautiful rich cherry fruit.
Clean, pure and spicy, with a beam of ripe pear, melon, nutmeg and cedar flavors. Full-bodied and gaining on the finish. Drink now through 2014.
The 2009 Chardonnay Unfiltered flows from the glass with melon, apricots, acacia and subtle French oak. It is a pretty, mid-weight, understated wine to drink now and over the next few years. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014.
