Our Vintner's Reserve Merlot is sourced primarily from vineyards in Sonoma County, where Merlot develops a splendid plum character framed by luscious black cherry and soft, round tannins. A splash of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon add backbone and complexity, creating a beautifully structured, food-friendly wine.
The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of black cherry, plum and violets, followed by subtle flavors of strawberry and allspice. Firm yet supple tannins finish off this approachable fruit-driven Cabernet Sauvignon, making it ideal for a variety of food pairings.
When served at cellar temperature (55 degrees Fahrenheit), you will find our Chardonnay shows the best layering of Gravenstein apple aromas with vanilla, butterscotch and spicy toast notes. Lush, juicy flavors of honeyed apricots are balanced by Meyer lemon zest character. The creamy texture and toasty oak finish will continue to lengthen as the wine relaxes in the bottle.
