Comprised of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from grapes grown on our estate hillside vineyards (30%) in conjunction with grapes from other mature, high-quality, low-yielding Napa Valley Cabernet vineyards located on the valley floor. We've found the resulting blend to produce a wine that displays a broad spectrum of aromas, flavors, and textures that Cabernet can show in the Napa Valley.

Introducing the latest installment in the immensely popular CWS Cabernet Sauvignon series, the 2008 CWS Reserve Lot 31 Napa Valley. A worthy successor to last year's highly successful Sonoma County release, which sold out almost immediately, this release offers deep Cabernet Sauvignon notes of fresh cedar, mint and blackberry, layered over a classic Napa Valley structure.

Pear, lime zest, and apricot blossom aromas awaken the senses. The mid-palate expands into a rich and long finish. Melon and lychee are supported by flinty minerality, making this wine a perfect pairing for spicy dishes.

Apple blossom, pear and tangerine flavors are at the core of this wine, with a nice acidity to give the flavors plenty of intensity and freshness. Drink now. 27,120 cases made.

Deep garnet color. A rich bouquet of dark cherry, cocoa, clove, plum, tobacco and toasted oak, with delicate notes of coffee and truffle. Layered and complex. Rich and full on the palate with a supple mouthfeel and opulent layers of plum, cherry, anise, and mocha. Smooth and concentrated, the wine exhibits richly woven texture with dark, dense fruit on the long finish.

Appearance: Pale yellow. Aromas: Inviting aromas of citrus, Golden Delicious apple, vanilla, and subtle spice from the toasted oak draw you in. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc was made from grapes that were certified organic and Biodynamic\u00ae at our cool American Canyon and Carneros vineyards, not far from the San Francisco Bay. The cool growing season produced crisp, yet rich, flavors of lychee, jalapeno and white pepper that are perfect with a wide range of food, including green salad topped by Ch\u00e8vre cheese, grilled seafood and spicy Mexican or Asian cuisine.

An elegant, complex wine, with hints of grapefruit, lemon zest, and appealing floral notes. The rid mid-palate is accented by toasty oak, and followed by a long, crisp, mineral finish.

When served at cellar temperature (55 degrees Fahrenheit), you will find our Chardonnay shows the best layering of Gravenstein apple aromas with vanilla, butterscotch and spicy toast notes. Lush, juicy flavors of honeyed apricots are balanced by Meyer lemon zest character. The creamy texture and toasty oak finish will continue to lengthen as the wine relaxes in the bottle.

Sleek and well-focused, with appealing aromas of red currant and toasty tomato leaf that lead to rich flavors of plum, mocha and cedar. Tannins firm up the finish. Drink now through 2017.
