The 2010 Shiraz Cabernet displays a deep garnet-purple color and is intensely scented of blackberry preserves, creme de cassis and eucalypt with underlying hints of cloves and cedar. Full bodied and generously fruited in the mouth, it has a medium level of velvety tannins and crisp acid to enliven the richness, finishing long and minty. Drink this one now through 2015.
