| This is a heck of a buy – a baby Sancerre for sure. Domaine du Salvard’s 2010 Cheverny exhibits crisp, elegant notes of fresh petits pois, lemon grass, honeysuckle and citrus oil. Composed of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay (all tank-fermented and aged), it is best consumed over the next year. Interestingly, this estate has been making wine in Cheverny since 1898!
