The 2009 Savigny-les-Beaune Les Serpentieres shows more mid-palate density and greater sweetness than the straight Savigny. The fruit explodes on the mid-palate in the fat, generous expression that is typical of the 2009s at this address. The Serpentieres was bottled in December, 2010. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024. |
