Description:
Our recent trip to Bordeaux included a great visit to Chateau du Cros in Loupiac, just across the river from Sauternes and Barsac. Hiking up to the centuries old, original castle of du Cros, on one of the highest points in the entire region, was quite a thrill. Our friend Catherine d'Halluin is making great wines at du Cros and this sweet wine is an absolute steal at this price! |
