Jean-Guillaume Prats (center) of Cos d'Estournel with Ed and Michael Sands of CWPlease join us for a very special dinner featuring the wines of Chateau Cos d'Estournel. Our special guest for the evening will be General Director Jean-Guillaume Prats, pictured center. Cos d'Estournel has been in his family for many years and Jean-Guillaume is responsible for much of the recent success at this esteemed property.

The dinner will take place at the Park Hyatt (details below) with our good friend and renowned chef, Brian McBride.

In addition to multiple vintages of Cos during the dinner, we have a special treat before the dinner. Barrel samples of the much hyped 2009 vintage are being flown over and will be tasted before dinner. You will be among the first people in the world to taste this magnificent wine.

For the icing on the cake, we will have a delicious wine with dessert from Tokaj Hetszolo, the 500 year-old property recently purchased by the Prats family where Jean-Guillaume serves as President.

This will certainly be a memorable dinner so please join us.
